Customer Service Representative - Call Centre (Windsor)

Kelly Services is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client, located in Windsor, ON, for a temporary-ongoing opportunity. Main Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries related to billing, arrears, and account management, providing solutions and guidance on payment options and programs Manage account setups, terminations, and updates with accurate data entry and recordkeeping Schedule and coordinate appointments for water services and meter-related operations Address and resolve billing errors, analyze accounts, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards Reconcile collection accounts, allocate payments, and audit records for accuracy Requirements: Minimum 2 years of call centre or customer service experience (phone-based) High school diploma required Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude Excellent organizational, prioritization, and data entry skills Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work effectively in a team environment Additional Requirements: Criminal background check required Able to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (40 hours/week) What''s In It For You: Pay Rate: $18.50/hour + vacation pay Weekly pay via direct deposit Why Kelly?
