Join Magna's team as a Full time Auxiliary Production Associate, where you will contribute to cutting-edge automotive technology assembly. This role focuses on machine operation and quality control inspections for vehicle components on night shifts. In this full-time position with Magna, you will be part of the Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group, responsible for assembling automotive parts. Your daily tasks will include operating various assembly machines, performing quality control, and adhering to safety standards. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with TS16949 and ISO 14001 requirements while working in a team-oriented team workplace. Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery for assembling and testing automotive parts Inspect and place components as instructed Conduct quality control inspections on all assembled parts Uphold 5S standards for continuous improvement Maintain safe working practices in compliance with regulations Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Valuable written and mathematical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to handle medium lifting tasks Physical stamina to stand in a manufacturing environment Contribute your skills in machine operation and quality assurance to help Magna innovate in the automotive industry.
