With a solid reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and long‐standing partnerships across the construction industry, they are currently seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to join their growing and dynamic team.Job DescriptionLead full tender lifecycle including quantity take offs, pricing, review, and submissionAnalyze drawings, specifications, and addenda to produce detailed cost estimatesSolicit, evaluate, and manage subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure full trade coveragePrepare and issue subcontractor bid packages and tender documentationCoordinate with consultants, owners, and internal project teams to resolve scope and technical issuesManage prequalification submissions and bid compliance requirementsMaintain estimating accuracy aligned with company cost structure and margin objectivesSupport buyouts, change orders, and cost reviews during constructionPrepare cash flow projections and cost summaries as requiredIdentify and pursue bid opportunities and maintain subcontractor call listsConduct site visits and attend pre‐bid meetings when requiredRequirementsMandatoryMinimum 8 years of estimating experience with a General ContractorProven experience tendering ICI and municipal projectsStrong understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and riskAdvanced Excel skillsAbility to read and interpret full construction drawing setsPreferredQuantity Surveying or Construction Estimating designationExperience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project#J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ok3iw
