Are you an experienced Manager looking for a values‑driven leadership role with real social impact?
Can you:
Provide operational leadership across governance, compliance and member services
Manage and develop a small, high‑performing, values‑driven team
Work closely with the CEO to deliver the organisation’s strategy and future growth
Strengthen systems, processes and cross‑team collaboration
Engage with stakeholders and support best practice across the Almshouse movement
Do you have:
Proven operational leadership experience in a charity, housing or membership organisation
Strong understanding of governance, risk and regulatory compliance
Collaborative, organised and mission‑driven with excellent communication skills
