Full-Time General Labourers, Windsor, ON

CES is currently hiring Full-Time General Labourers for opportunities in Windsor, ON, with the potential to lead to permanent employment. Job Duties: - Currently being trained to run presses, CNC benders, automation equipment, and welding robots - Operate presses and other manual machining equipment - Load and unload parts by hand and place them onto racks - Perform visual inspections on all produced parts to ensure quality standards are met - Perform assembly duties as required - Must be comfortable with repetitive work - Must be able to work in hot environments - Prepare parts for packing while maintaining accurate counts - Ensure all quality and production standards are met Requirements: - Must be of legal working age and possess a completed GED or high school diploma - Must be legally eligible to work in Canada - Must be available to work full-time hours - Must have reliable transportation - Ability to lift up to 15- 50lbs - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform walking, bending, crouching, and climbing - Solid attention to detail - Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English - Ability to work shifts and overtime as required, including Saturdays Additional Details: - Full-time opportunities with potential for permanent, long-term employment - Must be available to work rotating shifts or steady midnight shifts - Wage: $18.60/hour + shift premium We are proud to support the full inclusion of persons with disabilities as set out in the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.
