• Identify niche markets and place ads on various online platforms

• Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and suitable products and programs for them

• Deliver executive-level information briefings

• Apply strategic human capital insight to engagement processes

• Maintain performance metrics aligned with organizational goals

• Participate in advanced career development training

What You Bring

• 7+ years of operations, project management, or business process management experience

• Strong organizational and systems thinking capabilities

• Professional communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage processes and track performance metrics

• Capacity to work autonomously with accountability

• Comfort using digital engagement and CRM tools (or being mentored/trained to do so)
