Education: College Diploma or Skilled-Trade Certificate of Qualification (CoQ). (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of completion for the highest level of education attained. If the diploma/degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required). Experience: 2+ years'' manufacturing supervisory experience. Availability to work in shifts (morning/afternoon/evening) as required. Even better, you may have... Education: Bachelors Degree (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required) Experience: 2+ years experience working with unionized workforce and understanding of CBA. (collective bargaining agreement) Experience in body shop, stamping, paint, subassembly, or machining preferred. Safety and Quality experience preferred. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and constraint management principles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook). Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining experience (specific to Power Take-Off). Helium leak stand experience (specific to Power Take-Off). Adept problem-solving and conflict management skills. Effective organizational and administrative capabilities. This posting is for an existing vacancy within our team. The expected annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00 - $124,000.00 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.
