Finance Leadership: Controller at Narmco (Windsor)

Join Narmco Group as a Corporate Controller, where you will take charge of multi-site financial operations and play a crucial role in our finance team. Oversee accounting practices and ensure compliance with corporate standards. In this position, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer and manage the overall control and development of the Accounting team. Your responsibilities will include supervising several plant Controllers, integrating accounting systems, and ensuring audits are executed on time. Travel within Canada and to the USA and Mexico is expected. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and supervise the Accounting team across sites • Manage corporate financial reporting and integrations • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulations • Lead special projects directed by Executive Management • Implement risk management procedures for corporate assets Requirements: • University or College degree in Accounting or Business • Qualified designation (CPA, CMA, CA, CGA) • 7-10 years in financial accounting, preferably in manufacturing • Experience in international accounting environments • Proficiency in Enterprise Management Software reporting platforms Leverage your financial acumen in a pivotal role at Narmco Group as Corporate Controller.
