Entry-Level Sales Representative (Remote) (Windsor)

We are dedicated to protecting every child and serving all working families, and we are seeking a passionate Remote Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role requires an individual who will guide clients through their benefits programs, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and exceptional service. Should be people-focused, service-oriented, and confident in building long-lasting qualified relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom. - Explain and review permanent benefits clearly and accurately. - Guide clients through enrollment and claims processes. - Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions. - Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
