As the Condominium Corporation Manager, you're the essential bridge between condo owners, the board of directors, and our client. Your responsibilities will include: This is a role requiring the person to be based in Windsor, Ontario, or the surrounding Windsor-Essex region Facilitating monthly board meetings and taking minutes Presenting financials in a explicit and concise manner Managing resident concerns and complaints effectively Implementing and overseeing decisions made by the board of directors Coordinating maintenance issues and managing the RFP process for quotations Regular 8-hour shifts and occasional evening meetings as required (virtually or in-person) with your assigned condo boards may be required. Must have own vehicle What can you expect with the role?
