Senior Account Manager, Ottawa Insurance Windsor

Key Responsibilities: • Work with producers on business applications and marketing plans • Provide exceptional service for client inquiries via various channels • Identify and promote additional coverage lines within accounts • Lead client relationship management with a focus on retention • Support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality service Requirements: • RIBO license is a must • 5+ years in broking or underwriting in insurance • Robust verbal and written communication capabilities • Excellent analytical and organizational skills • Proficient with EPIC and Microsoft Office products Utilize your background in insurance and client management to shape NFP's success in Ottawa.
