Key Responsibilities:• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity • Develop action plans for quality concerns and corrective actions • Conduct process audits for Powertrain Operation guidelines • Analyze root causes and engage in corrective action mapping • Support ISO 14001 compliance and internal audits
Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering • 2+ years of shop floor engineering experience • Hands-on experience with data analysis tools like Minitab • Available for rotating shifts • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
