Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator (Walker Farm), Windsor

Warehouse Associate / Flex Pita Pro Type: Permanent Full-Time Hours

Scheduled between 9:00 AM– 7:00 PM on weekdays, with occasional weekend shifts. Expected hours are approximately 30–40 per week, with potential overtime after 44 hours in accordance with applicable employment standards legislation. Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the preparation, loading, and movement of outgoing shipments within Cedar Valley’s warehouse operations. The individual will be expected to work on the production line when not in the warehouse. This role works closely with the Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, and production supervisor to ensure customer orders are prepared, loaded, and shipped accurately, safely, and efficiently. The successful candidate will contribute to daily warehouse operations while maintaining flexibility on line operations when required.Responsibilities

Warehouse&Loading Support Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently Operate forklifts and electric/manual pallet jacks safely and effectively Prepare outgoing shipments for transport Move products and materials throughout the warehouse as directed Organize pallets and stage outgoing orders for shipmentVerify products against shipping paperwork and loading instructions Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Follow all workplace safety procedures and policies Assist warehouse and operations staff with general labour duties as required Team Support Work collaboratively with warehouse and operations staffCommunicate loading errors, product damage, or safety concerns to management promptly Maintain a positive, professional, and safety-focused attitude during daily operations Qualifications&Skills

Authorized to work in Canada Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general labour experience required Previous experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks required Valid forklift certification considered an asset Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required Reliable, punctual, and dependableStrong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Effective communication and teamwork skills Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to use proper bending, lifting, and pushing techniques Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks Pay
