Temporary Social Worker in Windsor

As a dedicated Social Worker, you will support clients with life-altering conditions while fostering community partnerships. Your role includes individual and family counseling, running psychosocial group programs, and developing care plans collaboratively. You will be integral to an interdisciplinary team, promoting a holistic and responsive culture at Hospice.

Key Responsibilities:• Respond to client referrals within established guidelines • Provide individual and family counseling for diverse needs • Develop and facilitate psychosocial group programs • Complete thorough psychosocial assessments and care plans • Maintain professional relationships with communitypartners

Requirements:• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program • Minimum five years of social work experience • Valid registration with Ontario College of Social Workers • Effective communication skills across various mediums • Flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed
