Virtual Security Guard (Remote Monitoring Center) (Windsor)

ACS Security Group is hiring part time and on-call Virtual Security Guards to support our remote monitoring division. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistent focus, and the ability to manage multiple live camera systems in a quick-moving environment. You will be responsible for observing activity across construction, commercial, retail, and industrial sites, identifying risks as they happen, and following ACS response procedures with accuracy and urgency. This position is ideal for candidates who are confident with computers, understand surveillance platforms, and can maintain full situational awareness throughout the shift. What You Will Do - Monitor multiple live camera feeds and detect suspicious or unsafe activity - Complete accurate reports for every shift and incident - Support consistent documentation and shift handoff What You Need - Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence - Strong computer skills and ability to use multi-screen setups - Experience with surveillance platforms or camera monitoring - Ability to stay focused for long periods - Clear written communication and accurate reporting skills - Clean criminal background check - Reliable transportation to the monitoring center - Flexible availability for nights, evenings, weekends, and on-call coverage Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pjbo6
