Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food safety. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality. Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work workplace that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a skilled manner, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Ability to conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for recent team members.
