Virtual AssistantJob Summary We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our team. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day coordination, communication tasks, scheduling, and general office support activities in a professional remote work setting. This position is suitable for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities - Manage emails, schedules, and general correspondence - Assist with calendar coordination and appointment scheduling - Maintain digital records and organize company documents - Support data entry and basic reporting tasks - Communicate with clients and team members in a professional manner - Assist with preparing spreadsheets, documents, and presentations - Support general administrative and operational activities - Monitor and update internal information systems as required - Help maintain organized workflows and timely task completion - Provide remote support for daily business operations Qualifications - Previous administrative or virtual assistant experience is preferred - Strong communication and organizational skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace - Comfortable working with online tools and digital platforms - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Professional attitude and reliable work ethic - Basic knowledge of office administration procedures is an asset Work Environment We offer a flexible and collaborative work environment with opportunities to support a growing business operation and contribute to ongoing organizational development.
