Business Development Associate (Windsor)

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Operations Associate to join our team at O-HIVE. In this role, you will assist our business development team in identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and building relationships with potential clients. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in the business development process, providing exposure to various aspects of sales, strategy, and customer relationship management. Responsibilities - Market Research : Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new trends, potential clients, and growth areas. - Lead Generation : Assist in identifying and qualifying new business leads through various channels (outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, etc.). - Client Engagement : Support in building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients and partners. - Sales Support : Assist with creating and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. - Administrative Support : Coordinate meetings, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate records. - Data Analysis & Reporting : Track key performance metrics, provide regular reports on progress, and help with the preparation of reports for management. - Collaboration : Work closely with senior business development and sales teams to strategize and support initiatives for expanding the company's market share. Requirements : - Education : Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Skills : - Solid communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
