Job Title: Studio Engineer - Concept Studies Design Engineer Job Description As a Concept Studies Design Engineer, you will be at the forefront of automotive innovation, crafting and developing advanced CAD models for vehicle systems using cutting-edge Knowledge Based Engineering techniques. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of vehicle design and requires a blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Create CAD (Catia/NX) parametric math models for automotive vehicles using Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques. Define parameters and standards for systems integrated into CAD design templates for vehicle evaluation and implementation. Adapt data to meet engineering and parametric modeling requirements. Maintain templates and requirements in accordance with industry standards. Perform associative parametric modeling to enhance design accuracy and efficiency. Essential Skills Proficient in parametric modeling and automotive design. Advanced knowledge of NX or Catia, with experience in Powertrain integration or chassis system design. Strong background in CAD modeling, specifically within the automotive industry, including interior, exterior, and body part design. At least 2 years of experience in CAD modeling with Siemens NX or Catia. Minimum of 2 years in parametric CAD modeling and robust modeling with Siemens NX. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience with tooling design is a plus.
