Provide senior-level oversight across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and profitability targets Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Coordinators, and support staff to strengthen internal capabilities Act as a key advisor to executive leadership on project performance, risk, and resource allocationChampion a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement Oversee full project lifecycle from pre‑construction through closeout on large, complex builds Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Oversee project financials, including forecasting, cost control, change management, and margin optimizationBuild and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry stakeholders Collaborate closely with Field Superintendents to ensure seamless field execution MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, maritalstatus, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation. Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience, including leadership of large-scale commercial or institutional builds Demonstrated experience managing multiple high‑value projects simultaneouslyStrong background within a mid‑to‑large general contractor environment Proven leadership experience developing and managing high‑performing teams Deep understanding of construction contracts, procurement models (hard bid, negotiated, AFP), and project delivery methods Advanced knowledge of cost control, scheduling, andrisk management practicesP.Eng, PMP, or LEED accreditation considered a strong asset Proficiency with project management and accounting systems (e.g., Viewpoint) Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites What's on Offer
