What You’ll Do As a key member of the Warehouse team, you’ll help shape health and wellness outcomes for people around the world.
Responsibilities The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the provision of administrative and analytical support, and reporting to the various areas within warehouse operations.
Warehouse Operations Support
Coordinate and maintain warehouse operational schedules and activity tracking
Process and monitor SAP transactional movements between facilities, production areas, subcontractors, and customers
Support warehouse leadership through timely execution of clerical and system-related operational tasks
Monitor warehouse activity queues and assist in prioritizing work assignments for material handlers
Maintain outbound delivery monitors and support shipping execution activities
Collaborate with Traffic and Operations teams to coordinate transportation schedules and interplant movements
Monitor stock transfers, overdue materials, and inventory discrepancies to ensure transactional accuracy
Back up supervisor support.
SAP&Reporting Responsibilities
Perform daily SAP S/4HANA transactional activities with a high degree of accuracy
Maintain inventory accuracy through system monitoring and reconciliation activities
Generate and analyze operational reports using Excel and SAP reporting tools
Develop and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and dashboards to support warehouse KPIs and operational visibility
Monitor cycle count activities and coordinate count schedules with Inventory Control
Assign and track cycle count completion activities within the warehouse
Identify and escalation inventory or system discrepancies impacting operational flow
Administrative&Scheduling Support
Support employee scheduling activities in partnership with warehouse supervisors
Assist with overtime tracking and equalization processes
Maintain workforce-related administrative records within ADP and other systems
Ensure timely and accurate data entry across operational platforms
Communicate effectively with Operations, Inventory Control, Traffic, and Production teams to support workflow continuity

Your experience and perspective might include:
Minimum Grade 12 diploma required; post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field considered an asset
3–5 years of experience in warehouse coordination, logistics administration, inventory control, or operational support roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, including; Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data analysis and reporting, Spreadsheet creation and maintenance
Experience working within ERP systems required; SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting warehouse or manufacturing operations considered an asset
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail with strong data accuracy capabilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Comfortable working in a plant and warehouse environment
