Join Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment as a part-time Business Operations Coordinator focused on ticketing sales and membership. This hybrid role enhances fan experiences through operational excellence and sales support. In this team-oriented role, you will be part of the MLSE Ticketing Strategy & Operations team, working directly with Sales, Membership, and Premium LIVE teams. Your primary focus will be supporting ticketing technology projects, improving operational processes, and delivering outstanding customer support. A proactive and analytical mindset is essential, as you will need to identify opportunities that drive revenue and enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Support Salesforce ticketing initiatives and ad-hoc projects • Manage testing and reporting for MLSE Chatbot tools • Operational support for ticketing projects • Assist with Secondary Ticketing and License Hub operations • Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders Requirements: • 1-3 years experience in Sales or Service preferred • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Experience with Ticketmaster Archtics and Salesforce • Post-secondary degree in Business or related field • Strong customer service and analytical skills Bring your organizational and client-focused skills to MLSE and make an impact in the world of sports and entertainment.
