CRM Analyst - Reactivations at BairesDev What You'll Do - Manage existing triggers and campaigns to maximize revenue generation. - Launch experiments to test hypotheses on current revenue‑generating tactics (e.g., audience, messaging, triggers). - Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance to provide insights into what's working and what's not. - Research and share best practices to improve campaign performance. - QA emails and campaigns to achieve an error‑free launch target. - Coordinate across teams by managing projects, timelines, and multiple priorities. - Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose smart, actionable solutions. - Navigate ambiguity as the team pioneers new initiatives, including AI integration. What we are looking for - 2+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing. - 2+ years of B2B experience. - 2+ years of Email Marketing experience. - Experience working for US companies (Plus). - Advanced level of English.
