Lead the way in fire safety as a Field Trainer for Service Technicians, providing hands-on training in mining and industrial settings. This position focuses on building compliance and technical capabilities.
As part of our mission to enhance safety across Canada, we seek a Field Service Trainer with expertise in fire protection. You will play an essential role in training and supporting Service Technicians through field inspections and classroom instruction. Your contributions will directly impact safety standards and operational readiness within our teams.
Key Responsibilities:• Conduct comprehensive training for new Service Technicians • Deliver engaging classroom and on-field training • Coach staff on safety practices and effective execution • Perform audits and competency evaluations in the field • Keep training logs and compliance documents up to date
Requirements:• Minimum 10 years in fire suppression or related fields • Background in multiple fire safety disciplines • Previous experience in training or coaching roles • Strong communication and mechanical skills • Valid and clean driver's license required
