Provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Maintain project documentation, records, and filing systems in an organized and accessible manner Assist with onboarding, timesheets, LEMs, and other workforce documentation Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action itemsSupport procurement and vendor coordination processes Assist with cost tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing Maintain accurate records for safety, quality, and project documentation requirements Support communication between field teams, office staff, and stakeholders Assist with reporting, data entry, and document preparationEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project requirements Qualifications:

Experience in an administrative role within construction or industrial environments Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data management Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with project systems and documentation processes is an asset Work Conditions:

Site-based position in Fort McMurray, AB Rotational schedule supporting a major turnaround project Day shift and night shift work required Camp accommodations and travel provided (where applicable) Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Employment Equity
