Structural Analysis engineer (Fort Chipewyan)

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for establishing a structural inspection program for our brownfield facility. A minimum of five years’ experience in an oil and gas setting is essential.Your responsibilities will include analyzing project impacts, liaising with operations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and execute a structural inspection program for the facility Assess a variety of structures, including overhead cranes and hoppers Regularly communicate with Business Units for engineering support Understand project timelines affecting structural elements Follow all safety and environmental regulations diligentlyRequirements

An Engineering Degree, ideally Civil/Structural Active Professional Engineer registration with APEGA in Alberta At least 5 years of relevant operational experience Familiarity with Alberta’s WCB and OH&S regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
