Key Responsibilities:• Identify client insurance needs and recommend appropriate products • Clearly explain pricing and product benefits to clients • Support existing clients with policy updates and questions • Follow up on leads and client inquiries proactively • Build strong relationships to retain and grow client business

Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education preferred • 6 months of sales or customer service experience • Willingness to attain General Insurance Certificate Level 1 • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Organized and detail-oriented approach
