Summary As a Procurement and Inventory Analyst, you will be instrumental in optimizing purchasing processes, managing inventory levels, and warehouse data quality to support our manufacturing and maintenance operations. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will leverage your core skills in inventory concepts and procurement, along with premium skills in ERP systems and vendor management, to ensure effective sourcing strategies. Your robust analytical and organizational skills, combined with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management, will enable you to contribute significantly to our supply chain efficiency and overall operational success. Job description (70%) · Review, investigate, and define, with maintenance, the fully technical description of the spare parts. · Review, and define, with the suppliers, the basic supply chain information. · Request for Quotation to the market to get the basic information to build a competitive supplier panel. · Analyze, detect, and solve duplications, errors, and noise in the Supply Chain data base. · Interface with maintenance to manage technical data changes and other information requests. (20%) · Define optimal restocking systems and parameters, considering risk and economical factors. · Request and control the inventory adjustment. · Inventory and annual cycle counts: · Organize and coordinate inventory cycles. · Review, analyse, investigate, solve, and record issues found. (10%) · Managing purchase requisitions, and search for the best price and solution, through the RFQ process. · Placing, and following purchase orders. · Resolving invoice issues. Required Qualifications · Minimum 3-4 years of experience in procurement and inventory management, in manufacture companies. · Good knowledge of a supply chain function in manufacturing (procurement, inventory, and warehouse). · High level of organizational skills and detail orientation. · Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. · Process and results oriented. · High capacity to listen and interact with all stakeholders involved: engineering, production, and finance. · High critical and constructive attitude, and out-of-the-box thinking. · Strong oral and written communication skills. · Proficiency in MS Office applications, with emphasis on advanced Excel capabilities. · Experience with ERP in supply chain modules. Preferred Qualifications · Certified or enrolled to obtain a certification, or post-graduate program in Supply Chain Management. · Experience with mechanical and/or electrical spare parts. · Experience in continuous process manufacturing. · Engineering background in supply chain.
