Salford Group Accounting Associate Position, Oxford (Norwich)

Become part of Salford Group as an Accounting Associate where you'll oversee critical accounting functions and financial reporting. Your role will maintain accuracy in ledger accounts and support financial analysis.

With two to four years of accounting experience and a relevant diploma, you will manage month-end reconciliations and contribute to the development of financial statements. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and effective communication with team members are essential to success in this role. You will assist in ensuring compliance with accounting policies.

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and analyze month-end reconciliations • Support timely financial statement preparation • Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks • Reconcile fixed assets to the general ledger monthly • Maintain all fixed asset documentation accurately

Requirements:• Significantly experienced in accounting (2-4 years) • Relevant diploma or degree required • Ability to interpret financial charts and tables • Familiarity with IFS or similar software • CPA designation advantageous
