VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking to hire a full-time Front Office Associate to support the daily operations of our front office and administrative team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and qualified experience for customers, visitors, contractors, and team members while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. As part of the VDK team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to a positive company culture, and play an important role in supporting multiple departments. In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls and communications, coordinating administrative tasks, assisting with scheduling and office organization, and helping maintain a high level of efficiency, professionalism, and customer service throughout the office.
