Position Scope: This role focuses on the technical upkeep and optimization of electronic sorting systems within the food industry, requiring a blend of hands-on maintenance and strategic process improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing automated equipment, training operators, and collaborating to refine sorting programs. Beyond technical repairs, the position drives continuous improvement regarding safety and quality. Work Environment & Physical: - Primarily on-site in a manufacturing environment with exposure to plant operations. - Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. - Occasional lifting may be required.
