Inventory & Parts Specialist L1FE Outdoors is a family-owned powersports and equipment dealership specializing in ATVs, UTVs, tractors, parts, and accessories. We're a small, hardworking team where everyone plays an important role in the success of the business. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Inventory & Parts Specialist to take ownership of the entire parts and inventory process. This position is responsible for ensuring our inventory is accurate, organized, properly priced, and available for sale both in-store and online. This is not simply a shipping and receiving position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing products from the moment they arrive at our facility until they are shipped to the customer. The role combines physical inventory management, computer-based inventory control, ecommerce product management, and order fulfillment. The right person takes pride in accuracy, enjoys keeping things organized, and understands that every inventory decision impacts customer satisfaction, sales, and the overall success of the business. ResponsibilitiesInventory Management - Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments for accuracy - Enter and receive products into our inventory management system - Organize and maintain inventory locations and shelving - Ensure products are properly labeled and stored - Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts - Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies - Maintain accurate inventory records and product locations Product & Pricing Management - Maintain accurate product information within our inventory system - Review and verify product pricing - Assist with pricing updates and inventory maintenance - Import, export, and analyze inventory data using Excel - Ensure inventory information remains accurate and up to date Ecommerce & Product Listings - Create and maintain product listings on company websites - Upload product information, images, descriptions, and pricing - Ensure online inventory availability is accurate - Assist with improving product content and organization Shipping & Order Fulfillment - Pick, pack, and ship customer orders - Process shipments using courier software - Prepare shipping documentation - Coordinate with couriers regarding delivery or shipping issues - Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently General Team Support - Assist other departments as needed - Maintain a clean and organized inventory area - Contribute ideas to improve inventory processes and efficiency QualificationsRequired - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent computer skills - Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word - Ability to learn and work within inventory management software - Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively - Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities - Ability to lift and move packages as required Preferred - Previous inventory management, inventory control, warehouse, shipping/receiving, purchasing, or parts experience - Experience performing inventory counts and cycle counts - Experience reconciling inventory discrepancies - Experience working with inventory management or ERP software - Experience with ecommerce platforms or online product listings Why Join L1FE Outdoors? - Family-owned and operated business - Small team where your work has a direct impact - Variety in your day with both hands-on and computer-based work - Opportunities to learn and grow within the company - Employee discounts - Health and dental benefits - Supportive team environment We're looking for someone who wants to be part of our team for the long term, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of accuracy, organization, and accountability.
