+ **Resolving inquiries*** **Coordinate administrative tasks related to dealer registration, title management, and eBusiness processes.*** **Perform clerical duties such as data entry, processing information, and generating reports.*** **Manage and maintain accurate records, both electronically and manually.*** **Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including sale day functions.******Must Haves:***** **High School diploma or equivalent experience/education*** **1-2 Years of related experience in an administrative capacity*** **Tech-savvy, and comfortable using Google Suite*** **Strong customer service and communication skills*** **Excellent organizational and time management skills******Nice to Haves:***** **Experience with AMS, VTrace, and other OPENLANE systems*** **Bilingual in English and French**
