£12.86 per hour Bank hours available. We are currently recruiting for a Bank Support Worker at Atlantic Way Care&Support. The role involves providing 24‑hour person‑centred care to individuals with a range of complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health and challenging behaviours. Build positive relationships with young adults by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together. Assist with planning daily tasks and practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands. Provide personal care support, which may include helping with eating and administering medication.Help plan and participate in days out and other activities the individual wishes to enjoy. Support individuals to become more independent wherever possible. Qualifications and skills

Caring attitude with a passion for supporting others and motivating them to achieve goals. Team‑player who can work effectively with colleagues. Resilience to cope with difficult times and confidence to seek support when needed. Excellent listening and communication skills. Benefits
