Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. Duties As an Esthetician, your responsibilities will include: - Delivering high-quality skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, and makeup application - Performing eyelash extensions and nail care services with precision and care - Maintaining a clean and sanitary work setting in compliance with health regulations - Providing excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly - Engaging in effective communication with clients to understand their skincare goals - Assisting with retail sales by promoting products during consultations and product demos - Upselling services and products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty - Managing front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries - Collaborating with team members to create a positive atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members - Experience in retail sales, including upselling techniques - Proficiency in body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is preferred - A valid esthetician license as required by state regulations Join us in creating an exceptional experience for our clients while showcasing your esthetic talents!
