Join Home Hardware as a Treasury Manager and spearhead cash management, covenant reporting, and foreign exchange strategies at our St. Jacobs corporate office. You will oversee the treasury function, driving business results through effective cash forecasting and capital management. Partnering with the Vice-President of Corporate Finance, you’ll prepare insightful reports, maintain banking relations, and ensure compliance with policies while also providing guidance to organizational stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee cash management and forecasting processes - Ensure accurate monthly bank reporting - Manage negotiation of banking and credit rating strategies - Foster positive banking relationships for strategic alignment - Provide leadership and coaching on treasury functions Requirements: - Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting; CPA preferable - 5-10 years in Finance or Treasury roles - Solid communication and collaboration skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Familiarity with Oracle Financials preferred Contribute to our financial strategy and enjoy a rewarding career with Home Hardware.
