Job Description The Equipment & Parts Sales Representative plays a critical role in supporting Vacutrux customers by selling Vacutrux‑built equipment and OEM parts, while providing technical guidance to keep customer units operating to Vacutrux standards. This role supports the full sales lifecycle and works closely with service, shipping/receiving, and purchasing to ensure accurate orders, timely delivery, and strong customer relationships. Duties Include - Quote and sell standard Vacutrux‑built equipment and OEM components - Work with sales team for online development (thepumperstore.com) - Delivery and pickup of customer units - Work with customers to understand equipment applications and recommend appropriate Vacutrux solutions - Arrange freight and delivery with customers for sold equipment and parts - Maintain current knowledge of Vacutrux equipment offerings, configurations, and product updates - Counter OEM parts sales including phone, email, and walk‑in requests - Provide OEM parts quotations to customers in person, by phone, email - Answer customer questions and provide guidance on OEM parts, equipment selection, and compatibility - Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues to support Vacutrux equipment operation - Schedule repair appointments and coordinate service work with the service department - Support Shipping & Receiving by assisting with packaging and shipping of parts and materials - Work closely with Receiving to maintain awareness of incoming parts and ship‑ready items - Assist Purchasing with maintaining minimum inventory levels for OEM parts - Ensure accurate sales order entry and that customers receive the correct equipment and parts on time - Handle customer warranties, refunds, and credits in accordance with Vacutrux policies - Support service billing and documentation related to equipment and parts sales Skills the ideal candidate has include - 2-3 years of previous sales experience - Mechanical experience viewed as an asset - Sales experience in a technical capacity viewed as an asset - Ability to quickly develop a good rapport with customers - Enjoys working in a collaborative environment - Must have a valid drivers license, D class license viewed as an asset Job Type Full Time – Permanent Pay From CA$55,000.00 - $60,000 per year Position is permanent full-time salary with benefits and employer sponsored RRSP matching plan Apply by email or in person at 20 Martins LN, Elmira ON Benefits - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - RRSP match - Vision care Schedule - - Monday to Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Benefits - - Company events - Dental care - Disability insurance - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Life insurance - In office parking - Paid time off - RRSP match - Vision care Schedule - - Day shift - Monday to Friday Work Location In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p09ag
