Key Responsibilities:• Deliver nursing care based on established policies • Apply sound nursing practices for personal care • Build a supportive resident-focused environment • Guide and supervise assigned Personal Support Workers • Perform admissions and regular assessments of residents

Requirements:• Must hold a valid RPN certification in Ontario • Experience in geriatrics preferred • Strong judgement and environment-building skills • Eligible for work in Canada • Pass necessary background checks
