Student Worker - General Utility Worker, Wellington (Elora)

Job Overview The Student Worker– General Utility Worker is responsible for maintaining and cleaning dishes, serviceware, equipment, and related kitchen areas, and may perform other custodial duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils.

Maintain dishwashing station, three‑compartment sink, and related areas in a clean condition.

Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report any issues to management.

Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.

Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, and co‑workers.

Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.

Ensure security of company assets.

Physical Demands This role requires lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.

Qualifications

Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures.

Can follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.

Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
