Key Responsibilities:• Execute diagnostics and repairs on lawn and garden equipment • Participate in all required Service EDUCATE Training programs • Maintain updated knowledge of John Deere products • Ensure a neat work area and adhere to all safety protocols • Complete necessary reports and material accountability

Requirements:• Licensed small engine technician or auto technician • Solid understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems • Proficient with Service Advisor and basic computer skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Clean driver’s license required
