Key Responsibilities:• Prepare labor and material cost estimates • Analyze tenders and recommend awards • Operate CADD and MS Project software • Liaise with project stakeholders on cost adjustments • Maintain a directory of supplies and contractors

Requirements:• CADD Course certification • WHMIS Certificate • Experience in mechanical construction • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel • Authorized to work in Canada
