Warehouse Lead Hand - 4:00am Start (Ayr), Wellington (Elora)

We are currently looking for an AM Lead Hand for our Cambridge terminal. Position Type: Permanent, Full Time. Salary: Up to $52,000, based on experience. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 4:00am to 12:30pm. Location: 119 Earl Thompson Rd. Cambridge, ON N0B 1E0. Responsibilities

Lead, coach and train personnel Daily AM Dock performance, monitoring and adjustments Routing freight, appointment booking and Dispatching Operating a Forklift, load/unload trailers and staging freight Reduce miss-directs and damages on customer shipments Customer shipment audits when requiredEnsure employees follow health&safety guidelines Cross train staff to ensure adequate dock coverage daily Action on all last‑minute shipment requests Various other duties, as required Qualifications

Previous Lead Hand or Supervisory experience in the Transportation Industry is preferred Current Forklift Certification is preferred Must be able to exercise initiative, multitask and work well as part of a team Organized and detail oriented Proficient with computer programs/dispatch systems and Microsoft officeBenefits
