Lead the morning shift as an AM Lead Hand at our Cambridge terminal. This full-time role focuses on coaching staff, managing dock performance, and ensuring efficient logistics operations.

We are looking for a permanent AM Lead Hand who thrives in the transportation industry. This position includes leading personnel, overseeing freight routing, and operating forklifts. Your expertise will be crucial in minimizing shipment errors and maintaining safety guidelines, while actively cross-training staff for optimal dock coverage.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead, coach, and train dock personnel • Monitor daily AM dock performance and adjust as needed • Route freight and manage appointment bookings • Operate forklifts to load/unload trailers efficiently • Conduct shipment audits to ensure accuracy

Requirements:• Previous supervisory experience in transportation preferred • Current forklift certification desirable • Strong multitasking and organizational skills • Proficient with dispatch systems and Microsoft Office • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
