Leading and supporting the care team during shifts. Administering and recording medication where required Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks Updating care plans and maintaining accurate records Liaising with families and healthcare professionals Ensuring a safe, person-centred and positive environmentMentoring and guiding junior staff members. Escalating any safeguarding or welfare concerns appropriately. Requirements

Previous experience within a care setting Experience as a Senior Carer or Team Leader desirable NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health&Social Care (or currently working towards) Strong leadership and communication skills Compassionate, reliable and proactive approach Ability to work well under pressure and lead by example.
