Key Responsibilities:• Deliver supportive spiritual and emotional care • Participate actively in Palliative Care Committee • Organize inclusive spiritual events and programs • Train and supervise volunteers in care services • Document and report on care provided to residents

Requirements:• Qualifying education in Spiritual Care or Theology • Experience in pastoral care within healthcare • Abilities to work collaboratively within teams • Cultural sensitivity and strong communication skills • Familiarity with end-of-life support practices
