Customer Service Advisor for World Cup (St Jacobs)

Join HGS as a Customer Service Advisor this summer! Engage football fans while providing expert assistance and memorable experiences during World Cup 2026. This role requires a passion for customer interaction and problem-solving in a agile setting. As an English Customer Service Advisor, you’ll handle inquiries through calls and chats, tailoring responses to each individual's needs. You will receive in-depth training to become a product expert and ensure a positive customer journey with each interaction.
