Responsibilities Telephony and Voice over IP: Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of SIP extensions; provide technical support for telephony systems. Mobility (MDM): Configure and manage corporate mobile devices via MDM platforms, ensuring security and compliance with company policies. Network Infrastructure: Assist in monitoring the local network, troubleshooting connectivity, and providing support for switches and routers. User Support: Provide technical assistance (in office and remote) for resolving incidents related to the network and communication devices. Field and Installation: Conduct technical visits to operating locations for physical installation of equipment and cabling, when necessary. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date inventories of network assets, mobile lines, and telephony diagrams. Requirements: Education: Completed or near-completion degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Theoretical Knowledge: Solid foundation in TCP/IP protocol, OSI model, DNS, DHCP, and basic routing. Desirable Skills (Not mandatory): Basic knowledge of voice protocols (SIP/RTP). Basic knowledge of Linux.
