Job Overview We are looking for a Landscape & Garden Designer to join our team in a fast-paced, client-focused workplace. This is an in-person role centered around helping homeowners bring their outdoor spaces to life through thoughtful design and expert guidance. This position blends design, client consultations, and administrative coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both creative work and client interaction. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct in-store garden and landscape design consultations with clients Review client needs, preferences, and project details Create hand sketches and plant lists during consultations Collaborate with the team to prepare and deliver installation estimates Provide professional recommendations tailored to each space and client Communicate with clients via phone and email Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks Occasionally conduct on-site consultations at client homes What We’re Looking For Strong interest in landscape design, gardening, or outdoor spaces Excellent communication and client service skills Ability to sketch and visually communicate design ideas Organized and comfortable managing multiple client interactions Comfortable with both creative and administrative tasks Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to occasional site visits Position Details Full-time, in-person role 40 hours per week Primarily a seasonal position, with potential for continued work into the fall and winter months Compensation: Base pay + commission opportunities Why Join Us Work in a vibrant, design-driven environment Join a team-oriented and supportive team Benefits available after 3 months Store and food discounts included Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour Benefits: Casual dress Dental care Discounted or free food In office parking Store discount Vision care Ability to commute/relocate: Navan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Application question(s): When can you begin working?
