Overview Experior Financial Group Incorporated is currently seeking 2 motivated students or volunteers interested in gaining hands on experience in website development, digital branding, and online business support within the financial services industry. This is a remote, non-paid experience opportunity designed for individuals looking to build their portfolio, strengthen their practical skills, and gain valuable work or placement experience in a professional setting. Successful applicants will work collaboratively on website related projects and online development tasks while receiving mentorship, guidance, and possible exposure to insurance industry training and development. This opportunity is ideal for high school, college, or university students pursuing studies or personal interests in: - Web Design - Digital Media - Marketing - Graphic Design - Business Technology - Computer Studies - Communications - Entrepreneurship Volunteer hours and student placement hours can be provided upon successful completion of responsibilities. Responsibilities Selected students/volunteers may assist with: - Website layout design and visual improvements - Updating website content, text, and images - Researching modern website design trends and competitor websites - Assisting with branding consistency across website pages and digital platforms - Creating or organizing graphics, banners, and visual content - Testing website functionality, navigation, and mobile responsiveness - Assisting with SEO basics and website optimization ideasHelping organize website structure, user experience, and page flow Additional learning opportunities related to insurance industry development and business growth may also be available. Experience & Qualifications: - Current high school, college, or university student OR individual seeking volunteer experience - Interest in web design, digital content, marketing, or online business development - Basic knowledge of website platforms, Canva, Wix, WordPress, or similar tools is considered an asset - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Creative mindset with willingness to learn Individuals with an insurance or financial services background are highly recommended; however, this is not required.
