Key Responsibilities: • Manage and develop a team of actuaries • Deliver key biometric assumptions across markets • Facilitate technical direction and stakeholder relationships • Collaborate with Pricing and Product senior stakeholders • Streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies Requirements: • Fellow of the Institute or Faculty of Actuaries with 6+ years’ experience • Background in life insurance or consultancy • Expertise in Longevity or Protection reinsurance • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Strong programming background in SQL or R Champion actuarial leadership and innovation at Pacific Life Re.
